Here's exactly how to set it up and start publishing in Perci.
Note: this version of publishing is only for updating existing Amazon listings. Perci cannot create new listings, only publish updates to current ASINs. Launching new listings is coming soon.

Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- Optimized listings ready in your Perci dashboard
- Access to your Amazon Seller Central account
- Admin permissions on your Amazon account (required for API connection)
Important: You'll only need to sync your Amazon account once. After that, publishing is instant.
Step 1: Select Your Listings to Publish
Start in your Perci dashboard where all your optimized listings are displayed.
Select the listings you want to publish by checking the boxes next to each product. You can publish one listing or hundreds - the process is exactly the same.
Click 'Publish listings' on the top right. Note: if you don't see 'publish listings' in the main action button, click the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown to find it in the extra actions'
Step 2: Select or Connect Your Amazon Account
When you click 'Publish listings' you'll go to this screen, where you can select a synced Amazon account or sync new accounts.
If this is your first time using Direct Publishing, you'll need to connect your Amazon Seller Central account to Perci. This is a secure, one-time process that takes just a few minutes.
Amazon Account Sync Process:
Step 1: You'll be redirected to Amazon's secure authorization page. This is Amazon's official system - Perci never sees your login credentials.
Step 2: Log into your Seller Central account using your normal credentials.
Step 3: Amazon will ask you to authorize Perci to manage your listings. Click "Authorize" to proceed.
Step 4: You'll be redirected back to Perci with a confirmation that your account is connected.
Step 3: Publish Your Listings
Now comes the satisfying part - actually publishing your listings without any manual work.
Once your account is synced, you're ready to publish. Just select the account you want to publish to, and click 'Start Publishing'.
You'll see this screen, where Perci will show you the activity logs as it gets to work.
You'll see a real-time progress indicator showing:
- ✅ Listings being processed
- ✅ Successful uploads to Amazon
- ✅ Any items that need attention (rare, but we'll show you exactly what to fix)
What happens behind the scenes:
- Perci formats your optimized content for Amazon's API
- Each listing is uploaded directly to your Seller Central account
- Amazon processes the updates in real-time
- You receive confirmation for each successful publish
Step 4: Verify Your Updates
Once publishing is complete, you can immediately verify your updates in two places:
In Perci:
You'll see successfully published listings with a 'published' status on the dashboard.
In Amazon Seller Central:
Log into your Seller Central account and navigate to your inventory. You'll see the updated listing information immediately in your backend.
Important timing note: While the listing information updates immediately in Seller Central, it typically takes 12-24 hours for the changes to appear on the live product pages that customers see.
